Owner Representation Specialization

CCPI offers its expertise in representing project developers and property owners in all aspects of construction. CCPI's review of cost proposals and alternatives ensure that the decisions made are in the best interest of the project and its client, and monitoring of the work by CCPI assures performance in an expedient, cost-effective, and quality-conscious manner.
• Pre-Construction Phase
CCPI considers this the most important phase for its services by providing guidance in organizing the appropriate design team, developing project scheduling, monitoring costs, developing budgets, and coordinating design development to enable its client to realize cost savings through value engineering and design control.
• Construction Phase
CCPI monitors and reviews jobsite operations, including reviewing contractor monthly payment requests, monitoring field supervision, attending owner/architect/contractor meetings, reviewing contractor change order proposals, monitoring punchlisting and close-out activities.
• Post-Construction Phase
CCPI monitors final acceptance of the contractor's punchlist and manages the one (1) year warranty program.
