Jack L. Parker

Twenty-five (25) years of hands-on and management experience with two prominent national general contractors in California and Hawaii. Entered the industry as an apprentice carpenter in 1962, advancing within short periods of time to Carpenter Foreman, General Foreman, Field Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and from 1974 to 1987, Senior Project Manager in charge of numerous large projects, including high-rise condominiums, hotels, and commercial complexes.
In Hawaii, developed the 3-day and then the 2-1/2 day structural cycle to complete all vertical and horizontal elements (floors, walls and ceilings) of the construction cycle on high-rise concrete buildings, utilizing specially-created techniques in slip form, flying form and precast work. Maintained a consistent record of fast-track scheduling, resulting in early completion of major construction projects.
In 1987, founded Construction Consultants Pacific, Inc. Also founder and President of a major Hawaii general contracting firm since 1988.

A graduate of Purdue University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering, has been in the building industry since 1981 with extensive experience in construction of bridges, heavy highway, large public projects, high-rise commercial and condominium buildings, and commercial tenant improvements.
Joined Construction Consultants Pacific, Inc. in 1989 to provide project management services on the construction of a new $60 million luxury high-rise condominium in San Diego, California. Relocated to Hawaii in 1994.
Construction management expertise includes estimating and scheduling, value engineering, field coordination, and contract administration.
